LS-12 is a fully synthetic compound mixed heat transfer medium with an atmospheric boiling point of ≥ 80 ℃, exhibiting excellent low-temperature viscosity, low-temperature flow, and heat transfer characteristics. Suitable for liquid phase refrigeration and heating systems at -80 ℃ to 90 ℃.
Material Compatibility
It has excellent compatibility with most metals and hard plastics.
Slight dissolution effect on soft plastics and rubber containing plasticizers.
It has a swelling effect on fluororubber, fluorosilicone rubber, and silicone rubber, and should be avoided from use.
Recommended sealing materials: metal graphite wrapped gaskets, metal PTFE wrapped gaskets, etc.
Under non harsh conditions, it can be used as a sealing material: PTFE gasket, EPDM rubber, butyl rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, etc.
